Fitness with a purpose!

Keeping  you Mind, Body and Spirit healthy!

This Month, February, we are focusing on Child Safety. Each week your child will learn new steps to stay safe. Does your child know two emergency phone numbers? Does your child know your home address?  What if someone comes to the door?

We have incorporated a new Lifeskills curriculum with our Traditional Japanese Karate program to maximize each Student's potential no matter if the Student is 4 years young or 80 years wise. It introduces the Student to many life changing benefits in training in the martial arts such as self-discipline, high self-esteem, a positive outlook, a spirit of constant improvement and an attitude that refuses to give up. A person who trains in martial arts will find his/her weakest areas greatly improved. We are concerned about developing the mind, body and spirit of the Student.

Idaho Martial Arts builds leaders not only for the martial arts, but future leaders for our community. Our vision is to build a community by helping people get in shape, be safe and at the same time, instill the life skills and character of a genuine martial artist. As a school, we get involved in the Eagle community to give back with Toys for Tots, Food Drive, Collect School supplies and community charity work.
Our teaching philosophy is not how many times we can test the Student, but how much the Student will learn and progress. The growth of the Student is our reward.
